National Honor Society
The National Honor Society (NHS) is a prestigious organization that recognizes high school students who excel in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Students from Earl Monroe's New Reniassance Chapter of NHS are committed to making a positive impact both in the classroom and in their communities. One significant way they do this is through community service, including working with organizations like Birch Family Services. At Birch, NHS students have the opportunity to assist and support young children with autism, helping to promote literacy and fostering a sense of inclusion. Membership in National Honor Society at Earl Monroe has helped deepen the students' understanding of empathy, patience, and the importance of giving back; moreover, it provides our students with a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
