Emmanuel George
Chief Executive Officer
Emmanuel George is the first CEO of the Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball School.
Mr. George brings extensive experience as an educator and leader, including roles as a classroom teacher, founding principal, regional superintendent, and executive director overseeing school turnarounds. He holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. His background with startup high schools, combined with his expertise in organizational leadership, makes him uniquely equipped to guide our school into the future (and into our new building).
Susan Fraleigh
Executive Director
Susan Fraleigh is an accomplished educational leader with over 29 years of dedicated service in NYC high schools. She holds a MSEd in School Building Leadership from St. John's University and a MA in School Counseling from Manhattan College. Throughout her career, Susan has worked in multiple districts in the Bronx where she has been instrumental in driving academic excellence and fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Susan's leadership is characterized by her commitment to student success, innovative curriculum development, and collaborative community engagement. She is passionate about empowering students and staff to reach their full potential and is dedicated to creating safe and nurturing learning spaces for all.
